Shipping and Returns

Items will be posted within 48 hours of cleared payment via Royal Mail.

Standard delivery normally takes between 3-5 working days to arrive. 

You will be notified on the day that your goods have been dispatched via e-mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We offer international shipping to all countries.

We hold stock and ship directly from fulfilment centres in the U.K, United States & Australia.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Microphone Dude  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

​All orders can be tracked via Royal Mail which can take up to 1-2 weeks depending where you are in the world. 

Please note all orders are packed and ready to ship within 48hrs.

It is the customer's responsibility to write their correct address and name upon checkout.

​Royal Mail estimated delivery time for UK customers is 2-3 days and international shipping 5-7 days depending on where you are this may take longer.

Once your order had been packed you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@microphonedude.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
