Order dispatch

All Microphone Dude orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom within 2 working days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Dispatch times are separate from the delivery estimates below.

FREE UK SHIPPING

FREE UK STANDARD SHIPPING on every UK order. UK delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Every order includes tracking. Delivery estimates may be longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays.

International delivery

We offer worldwide tracked shipping to destinations available at checkout. All orders ship from the United Kingdom; we do not dispatch from fulfilment centres in the United States, Australia or other countries.

International delivery normally takes 1–2 weeks after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local carriers.

Shipping costs and customs

UK standard shipping is FREE. Shipping charges for international destinations and any other available delivery services are shown at checkout before payment.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT or other local taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility if applicable.

Tracking your order

Every UK and international order is tracked. We provide tracking details by email when your order is dispatched. Please make sure your delivery address and email address are correct at checkout.

30-day returns

For change-of-mind returns, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. Customers pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns.

To request a return, email info@microphonedude.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact info@microphonedude.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. If an item needs to be returned because it is damaged, faulty or incorrect, Microphone Dude will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
